Café Neckbeard's PR Representative and Procurement Specialist (Chris Bower) returns to Rhino Fest to talk about The Historic Logan Square Neighborhood (THLSN's) most explosive, most experimental, and most explosively experimental fine dining cash-only celiac-intolerant cafe. In part theatrical advertisement and part culinary reenactment, Bower will guide you through Chef Anton "*" Anis' new menu, where 99% percent of the menu is 100% Celery. 99% Celery (Dinner in the Garden of Glass Whales) will continue the Café Neckbeard saga: from the tumultuous seas of running a conceptually focused chef-powered cafe confronting the world's most baffling marshland plant, to the celery garden in the belly of a whale, to two boys coming of age on a celery farm in Idaho; guarded by a pig and ruled by a queen.
