hello from the children of the planet Earth
hello from the children of the planet Earth is a bleak yet tender work of physical theater exploring humanity's future in the cosmos. Set in the not-so-distant future, the piece follows six crew members navigating the bodily effects of space travel as they seek out a near-mythological fuel source. A daring collage about community support during crisis and the limits of the human body, this work invites us to consider the enduring nature of the human spirit against the hostility of space. What brought us here? Are we meant to live amongst the stars?
