Heartbroken Amanda Galvan lost her father from a tragic accident.  She comforts her distressed mother who is traumatized from witnessing the accident beforehand.  Instead of dealing with her complicated feelings of grief, Amanda spirals into her fantasy world. In her fantasy, she is that girl.  Fantasy Amanda is a mix between a pop-star, drag queen and Mexican Hollywood movie star. There she has a supportive assistant named Dance Captain, who is the ultimate girl's girl. Not even Dance Captain can save her from her hellish psyche and her ex, Noah.

Limerent is a cerebral feminist fantasy that takes on grief, forgiveness, heartache, and love.
