Bobbie is going to prison, no question. Her life has been anything but easy and she has survived by hardening herself to what really matters. Her daughter, Denise pays a visit to see if there is anything soft left in the woman. Because right now, even after everything, she needs her mother’s advice and counsel.

This two-person one act delves into a complex and layered relationship not uncommon for parents and children. Despite all effort to the contrary, in the end, are we all doomed to become our parents?
