Music * Movement * Moment.  IBO improvises a world premiere fever dream every night told though music and dance.. At this year's Rhino, IBO ponders the word "persists".  Who persists? Why persist? Is persisting a violent act, a loving one, or both? Is perseverance just a town in Arkansas or a state of  mind?
